What are our shipping time?

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

What are our shipping cost?

Shipping costs are already included in 90% of our parts. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Shipping costs will apply to parts that require freight. The shipping price of the parts that require freight will be added at checkout.

What is our handeling time?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

What is the condition of our parts?

All of our parts are A grade, used, and in rust free condition.

What is our return policy?

We will provide a full refund in the following situations. (25%--35% restocking fee may apply).

Change of Mind and Wrong Part Return
We will provide a Refund within 15 days of delivery provided:
The items are returned to us in saleable condition.
You may get Paypal to rebate return postage costs or absorb the cost yourself. Autopart Hub could supply a return shipping label .Then deduct the cost of the shipping label when processing refund on item returned.


Wrong item where VIN has NOT been provided:

In the unlikely event of an incorrect item recieved, you will need to contact us within 15 days of delivery. If VIN was not provided with order, you have the option to request a return shipping label from Autopart Hub. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your order when recieved. 25% restocking fee will also apply. 


Wrong item where VIN has been provided:

In the unlikely event of an incorrect item we will provide a full refund and pay for any return shipping costs. We may ask for a photo or video to confirm failure.


Defective item:
In the unlikely event of a defective item we will provide a full refund and we pay for any return shipping costs. We may ask for a photo or video to confirm failure.
You will need to contact us within 15 days of delivery.


Refund will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of item, and in some cases earlier, when a valid tracking number is provided to us.


Paypal Return postage rebates are subject to activation and Paypal’s term and conditions.


RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS. No labor warranty is provided.This used item comes with replacement Warranty (Parts ONLY - NO Labor). If installation was attempted parts can not be returned.

Warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged/incorrect or become defective within the warranty period. Refunds are capped at the original item & shipping price. Does not include any labor, diagnostics, towing, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged/incorrect.

Terms and Condition

Fitment should be verified prior to purchase. Most parts we sell come with a 15-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. Specific item information and extra warranty information is posted on the listing. If you have any questions regarding the guarantee please contact us prior to purchase. The 15 day period starts from the date on the invoice unless specific terms have been negotiated due to special circumstances. No labor warranty is provided, no exceptions. Pre-installation maintenance items such as fluids, and clean up products will not be reimbursed. A refund/exchange will not be given until the item is returned first, no exceptions.

In the event a part sold with a warranty, fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part if available or refund the part purchase price. No refund on deposits, unwanted, special order parts, or special "modified" items. No refund will be issued on an incorrectly ordered item unless the item is returned in the exact same condition it was received. A restocking fee may apply. If you have any question on the warranty of your part, please ask prior to purchase. Please note most items are used parts and will visually appear as such.

To return an item you must contact us at and/or within the 15 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization) and the item must be returned within that 15 day period unless other permissions are given. If an RMA# is not provided there may be a delay in processing the return.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded and are the buyer's responsibility. The seller may cover return cost in special situations but that is at the sole discretion of the seller. If an item is unwanted, ordered incorrectly, or not needed a 25% re-stocking fee may be assessed solely at our option.

The return process works as stated obtain an RMA number after putting in a request for return via email or inbox. A prepaid shipping label will be given to approved ground shipments.

LTL Shipments: Most powertrain items and body panels are shipped via LTL Carriers to ensure the item arrives safely and as they are often too expensive to ship with a standard ground carrier. In the event an LTL item is not accepted, refused, is not allowed to be delivered the buyer will be charged return freight.
